You will not be able to save a partially completed form, so please have all of your information ready before you begin.
You must fill out a form for each student to ensure their placement on a class list.
Once you click submit, you will automatically be redirected to a different webpage that contains additional information on registering your student and links to other important websites.
If you are a new student to Dacula Elementary, after filling out and submitting the online registration form, you must bring the required documentation to Dacula Elementary to complete the registration process. If you have a student that will be new to Dacula ES, please call the school to schedule a time to bring in your paperwork. A list of the required documents are on our webpage under the ABOUT US / Registration Information (you will be redirected to this page after submitting a online registration form)

When asked for the social security #, this is for the student (not parent),
All fields with a red dot are required, if it does not apply to your situation, type NA.
When asked for a signature, just type your name.
When all fields are completed, click on the submit button, if there are no errors, you will be directed to another important webpage.
If there are errors when you click submit, you will see them in red, correct the errors and click submit again.
